You'll find two key steps missing from the RT procedure
(Animated Mosaic) for pixelation: (1) In Step 2, you must
select Video Filter to find "region" option, and (2) After
Step 6, you must choose the "inside" tab or the "inside"
field to select the type of mosaic you want to place in
the bounding box.

(Would have been nice for Canopus to have included these so
we wouldn't have to hunt around....)
