Really simple, put the background video on 1a and the blue 
footage on 1b. Under 3rd party transitions, grab the Canopus 
chromakey and stretch it onto your transition track and make 
sure the arrow is pointing torwards your blue footage. Double 
click the transition and do your setup.

The other way is to put the blue footage on any track above the 
background video (i.e. video 2, etc.) and apply a Canopus filter, 
then do the chromakey setup.

The advantage with the transition method is it shows your 
background video in the preview window when doing the setup.
