I was working on an intro for a kids music concert and took a 
clip in RT, added pencil sketch,made it monochromatic and used 
antiflicker.
I also used a little High quality blur and came up with a neat 
cartoon effect. I then used combined effects key frame to 
transition slowly from cartoon to normal footage.
Tested it out on my kids without comment and they were impressed. 
they said in spontaneous unison; 'Keeeeeewwwwlllll'.
