Simply go into safe boot and delete the three INI files from RexAudio, 
RexVideo and RexEdit. Re-Boot and then you will have to then re-install RexEdit.

Another tip added 7/7/01

How about starting in safe mode and doubleclicking the "default.reg" 
file in the DVRex folder. That's the easiest solution.
