1. Open file
2.Transform>rescale to 380 pixels high
3. Transform>expand canvas to 720X480, recenter
4. Magic wand select white canvas
5. Eyedropper select the color for background
6. Paint the canvas with bucket tool
7. Invert the selection (now has pic selected)
8. Hit shadow tool
9. close layer box
10. deselect everything
11. save file
