Here are 3 workarounds and solutions to MICROSOFTS PROBLEM. This is a windows "BUG" and in fact is not a bug if you look at it closely. There is no way that Canopus is going to fix this, and if they said they would, they are probably mis-informing you. Of course they may add the feature of "adding a common named sequence of images" regardless... Go to Add Clips to Bin. 1: Type CTRL-A which SELECTS ALL from the directory in question. It also selects them in order and will place all your clips in order into the BIN. 2: If you want to Hunt and Peck Start from THE BOTTOM UP keeping the CTRL Key down. This will also put everything into your directory in order. 3: And another method is to press SHIFT CTRL, select the LAST clip in the directory, then click on the FIRST clip in the directory. You will now have ALL the clips selected. NOW let go of the SHIFT key and DESELECT the clips you don't want to bring in with the CTRL key still down. This will also bring things into the Bin, in order. EXTRA for reading so far: I the "ADD CLIP TO BIN WINDOW" > "FILE NAME" enter things like *.BMP to only see bmp files in that directory, or enter *.avi to only see things with the .avi extension. You can also type in jane*.bmp and nothing but files that start with jane(ending with anything). BMP will show up. This is an advanced users method of seeing the same thing as "FILES OF TYPE" found right below it, but is much more customizeable and is dynamic.
