1. Create title with transparent background
2. Save as .psd
3. Render top text layer (if more than 1 layer)
4. On layer menu, merge visable
5. On selection menu > load selection > return
This will select all text/image data inc transparancies
6. On selection menu >save selection > return
7. Save a copy to TGA 32 bit

Rex edit doesn't need video sized gfx, a small logo can 
be used from a small TGA file.
Be careful to correct for non square pixels from photoshop!
